Description:
UDSP plastic Sheet Extruder is applicable in producing various kinds of plastic sheets such as PP,PE and PS which are used for making drinking cups, ice-cream cups, jelly cups and other packaging vessel as well. This machine line combines the extruder, winder, and electric control center. The screw and the cylinder are made of high quality alloy steel (38CrMoAlA) with optimum hardness, strong corrosion resistance and long service lifetime after nitrogen treatment. The flow channel in die head is of coat-hanger design which ensures the even thickness and the smooth surface of the sheets.
