This non-woven production line is filament polypropylene fiber spunbonded non-woven fabric equipment. The raw material is polypropylene(PP),taking the principle of spinning man-made fibers. During polymer filature, the continuous filament is extended into fiber that is finished by mechanical hot pressing. The machine assembly that we adopt is now advanced veneer integer slot air flow draw technology and the whole process from material feeding to cloth output is automatically-controlled production flow with high working efficiency. The non-woven fabric we produce has high strength, good softness, and anti-corrosion resistance, high-level draw strength and elongation rate. They are widely used for dress, decoration materials, medical consumables, daily life consuming products and industrial & agricultural fields. In addition, this production line can produce non-woven fabrics in different colors, different weights and different Width according to user’s requirement. The non-woven fabric surface also can be processed in different styles like dots, cross lines and straight lines etc
