YFML-A semi-auto laminating machine is a versatile laminator in paper converting industry. The machine has the feature of compact structure and easy operation. The electric and pneumatic system is controlled by PLC. When the operator inputs paper size on touch screen, the machine can realize automatically paper lamination and cut processes.

6. High-precision Chrome plated heating roller is equipped with built-in electrical tube heater which makes temperature rise instantly. The laminating temperature is adjustable against different application.

7. Pneumatic pressuring system provides steady pressure for good laminating quality.

8. Film cutter cuts film width to meet paper size and the waste film can be collected in spindle.

9. Film perforating wheel perforates film edge for easy sheets separating.

10. Anti-curvature device: The laminated paper goes through anti-curvature device and won’t curl after cutting.

11. Heating temperature can be adjusted on the touch screen for stable and constant lamination
