PC-600H is a newly designed high speed paper cup forming machine. It upgrades whole transmission system to enable each independent sections running quite smoothly. By adopting photoelectric failure-detection system, the machine has a wonderful performance in high speed. This intelligent machine will automatically stop working when there is a failure occurred. There has only one turn plate equipped to let the whole process from paper feeding, gluing, cup-bottom feeding, heating, knurling, cup-mouth curling and cup-collecting etc be finished in just one pass. The machine is quite suitable for making paper cups in height of 70-135mm.
Features:
1. Switzerland Leister heating device adopted on cup body and bottom sticking process. Cup bottoms get heated firstly before they are fed to improve heating effect and knurling quality.
2. High precision drum-type cam indexing and positioning system
3. Self-lubrication device equipped to improve the stability and durability of all mechanical transmission sections.
4. Photoelectric failure-detecting system and PLC controlling system adopted for the whole cup forming process.
