This paper cup forming machine is widely used to produce single-side PE coated drink cups, ice cream cups and other food cone shaped containers through one pass of automatic paper feeding, cup body forming and sealing, cup rabbet lubrication, bottom pressing, heating, bottom knurling, upper mouth hemming, binding, unloading and finished product collecting.

Important Knowledge:

Single side PE coated paper cups are widely used for holding hot drinks ( hot coffee cups, hot water), some cold drinks (ice-cream cups). However single side PE coated paper cups are not suitable for some certain beverage: coca-cola, coke and cold beer. The reason is when cold liquids are filled inside the cups, the paper will become softened and the liquid will leak out slowly. IF you really want to produce the cups filling such cold drinks, we highly recommend you use the machine modeled in PC-S double side PE coated paper cup forming machine.
