Features:
This rapier loom is mainly used for weaving all kind of spiral satin or jacquard satin towels of face, tea, and bath etc. The fabrics adopted are cotton threads. The weaving speed has increased 30 to 40% against the shuttle looms in the meantime the noise down by 10-15DB. According to the market requirement, this machine suits heavy fabrics and all kind of light, medium weight fabrics as well. There are plenty of parts made of heavy duty carbon fiber compounds and aluminum alloy. Also with simple and reliable structure, it can produce high-grade jacquard satin by adding jacquard machine. In addition, the warping machine can be interchanged well with those of old shuttle looms.
