Description
Litho feeder for cardboard
1. Stream feeding suction head.
2. Four sets of forwarding suckers and two sets of top & bottom suckers to ensure smooth feeding of substrate boards.
3. Emergency stop control for double sheet detection, missed sheets, paper jam or misaligned sheets.
Middle and bottom corrugated board feeders.
1. Corrugated boards to be fed by either feeder or both feeders.
2. Single piece of board delivery, strong suction from air blower.
3. Equipped with 14 sets of suction belts (7 in each feeder) to ensure strong grasp and smooth feeding.
Paper delivery bridge
1. Side spring leaves to ensure accurate side lay paper direction and smooth delivery
2. Alignment mechanism includes twenty sets of pushing claws (8 sets in front and 12 sets at backside),
which are driven smoothly by chains on both sides to ensure top and bottom boards are laminating precisely. Gluing and laminating systems
1. Front gluing and laminating system to ensure laminate of A+A,A+B, B+B, B+E, E+A, E+B,E+E, free
combination of different flutes, or single corrugated boards. Back gluing and laminating system to ensure lamination between printed or film laminated upper paper with front laminated corrugated boards. 2. Regular speed is 0-80 sheets per minute subject to paper size and paper quality.
3. There are four rollers in one gluing system including one gluing roller, one metering roller, one pressure
roller and one water roller. Metering roller can control the thickness of glue, while the gluing roller pasts glue on bottom corrugated boards and the pressure roller grasps the laminated sheets and delivers forward. Parameters:
